    This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a fantastic restaurant, I have everything I need. I still remember how staff helped find my lost earring during my first stay. Definitely a great choice for anyone!

    Great choice for trip. Complimentary breakfast - plenty of meals. Brand-new room, nice bed, and reasonably sized bathroom. Unbeatable location in the very nice area, close enough to the hotel's "Square" restaurant as well as HITEX centre...

    All Pros, no Cons

    The staff's attentiveness was really good, always providing fresh towels and ensuring my comfort. The cab service offered was convenient.

    The reception service was quite slow, causing long waits during check-in. The air conditioning in my room took too long to be fixed after multiple requests.

    Excellent facilities and great food. Courteous and helpful staff.

    Lots of Mosquitoes in the evening outside, the swamp land to either side did not help! Internet in this day and age should be free not at the exorbitant rates being charged! especially in a hotel that is chosen due to its convention facilities.

    Honestly no reason to complain. Large breakfast with mouth-watering dishes, cakes plus local options, worth to decide on it. Smooth check-in and fast check-out, parking outside. Pool bar and very clean pool.
